I was perfectly positioned to bounce shells. Just then, I got citadelled TWICE while perfectly angled, by a Shikishima and by a Musashi. See, other ships have things they can do if they don't hit. These type of ships are meant to punish broadside. The only citadels I get are when I blind shot or just. I've had better salvos regularly with Richelieu. And yes, I read she's MEANT to have good dispersion. Or getting full overpens on 90 degrees angled battleships. The amount of time I perfectly bracket a target and get no hit. But occasionally, on some boats, I have fun. Now, I don't like playing battleships in general.
